As we embark on this thrilling adventure of expansion, much like a suit transforming into a remarkable work of art, we are searching for the ideal location that embodies the essence of SuitsMe. General Questions

How long will it take to receive my suit?

Generally 4 weeks from finalised payment of the order. It may be longer during certain festive periods of the year.

Do you offer an express service?

Yes we do, turnaround time is 2-3 weeks (depending on time of year and fabric selection), this will incur an additional fee.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, please Contact Us and register. If you are unsure what you need to book, please call Lance on 0410 609 420.

Do you offer Virtual Appointments?

We do recommend to have an in person consultation to ensure correct measurements and fabric selection. It is best to email first to discuss what you are after if unsure.

Are you able to conduct the appointment at my place of work or home?

With everyones busy schedule this is something we can accomodate dependant on location, please reach out to find out more.

What if my garment needs further alterations after collection?

With the intricacies of the LanzEvan garments, any further alterations required after collection of the finished product may result in a fee.

SuitsMe suiting, we offer complimentary minor adjustments up to 30 days after collection. Fees may apply for major alterations.

How do I care for my garments?

We recommend that you should only dry clean your suits 2 or 3 times a year or visibly dirty. Giving your suit a regular steam and making sure that it is in rotation with your other suits will ensure you get the best value and longevity out of your clothing.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do, sell gift cards, you can purchase any value. These can be purchased from our online store.
