From Initial Chat to Final Collection

Make an Appointment

Consultation

During your initial appointment, we will take precise measurements, explore a variety of fabric and design options, and finalize your order. Your custom piece or pieces will be completed within approximately four to six weeks.

Fitting & Final Alterations

Once your garments arrive, we will arrange a fitting session for you to try them on for the first time. This crucial step allows us to enhance the fit and feel of your outfit, ensuring it aligns with your expectations. Any necessary alterations will be completed within about a week.

Collection & Styling

Once the alterations are finalized, we assemble all the elements into a cohesive ensemble. Throughout this journey, we have explored styling options, paying attention to every detail from your necktie to your socks. Now, you can proudly take your curated pieces home to enjoy.

30 Day Re-Fit

Sometimes life can throw you a curveball; you might shed a few kilos, indulge in one too many burgers, or simply find that the trousers don’t fit quite right. No worries at all—just give me a call, and we can arrange a re-fit session within the first 30 days of collection. We’re here to take care of everything for you.
