This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out the commitment by SuitsMe by LanzEvan™ ABN 31 255 028 621 (“SMbLE”) to protect the privacy of the personal information collected about you. Please read this Policy carefully and contact me if you have any questions.

By your use of SuitsMe.com.au or any affiliated websites (collectively, the “Website”), you consent to the collection, storage, use and dissemination of your personal information in accordance with this Policy and as otherwise permitted by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”). 

If you do not wish to provide personal information to SMbLE, then you do not have to do so, however it will affect your use of the Website and any products and services offered on the Website or otherwise (“Products”).

Collection and use of personal information

SMBLE may collect personal information from you including, but not limited to, name, email addresses, telephone numbers, physical addresses, credit card or other financial information, measurements and fit information, previous order history and information regarding your activity on the Website (“Personal Information”).

SMbLE may collect Personal Information when you register an account on the Website and/or order Products. Personal Information may be stored indefinitely, unless you request that it be deleted.

SMbLE collects and uses Personal Information including, but not limited to, to contact and communicate with you, for internal record keeping, administering the relationship with you, direct marketing, improving services and complying with the law.

SMbLE will keep all Personal Information it receives from you confidential and will not sell or knowingly divulge such information to any third parties, unless:

  • SMbLE obtains your consent;
  • it is required to share your Personal Information with a third party in order to comply with the law or to comply with a court order or subpoena;
  • it is in accordance with the Privacy Act;
  • SMbLE receives a claim from a third party that you have breached any law;

SMbLE may store Personal Information in locations outside its direct control (for example, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers and payment providers). Your payment information is not stored on the Website; but is stored by a third-party payment processor, whose responsibility it is to ensure that your personal and financial information is kept secure.

SMbLE strives to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your Personal Information and will use all reasonable endeavours to keep your Personal Information in a secure environment. However, such security cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the internet. These measures are designed to assist in Personal Information not being accessed by unauthorised personnel, lost or misused. Access to and correction of personal information

You may request details of Personal Information that SMbLE holds about you, in certain circumstances, as set out in the Privacy Act. SMbLE may refuse to provide you with information it holds about you, in certain circumstances, as set out in the Privacy Act.

If you believe that any information SMbLE holds on you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please contact me. SMbLE relies upon customers advising when their Personal Information changes.  SMbLE will respond to any request within a reasonable time and endeavour to correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

Complaints about breach

If you believe that SMbLE has breached the Privacy Law and wish to make a complaint about that breach, please contact me.

Unsubscribe

To unsubscribe from SMbLE’s email database, you must use the use the unsubscribe link contained in emails sent and received. You can also manually opt out of communications using contact me. SMbLE will respond to any request within a reasonable time and endeavour to remove your from any email database.
